👉Take a minute and think about how many applications a recruiter gets for each position. Due to technology’s advancements that have given us the opportunity to apply and communicate online, it’s not so easy to personally analyze each application when you have 15 positions to fill.
👥If the wish of a “more personalized” screening process were granted, your outcome would likely not change.
Because there is absolutely no way for recruiters to screen that many resumes and if they did, you’d probably have about 2 seconds to wow them and that’s no easy task.
